Program, Project & Portfolio Management (PPM)

  • Led program management for COVID-19 Phase II/III vaccine development, overseeing the execution of CMC project timelines to meet critical milestones.
  • Directed CDMO development of cGMP production programs for clinical vaccines and biologics, generating >$2M in revenue for oncology, ophthalmology, and neurological disorder programs.
  • Led project management for IVD, Class I, II & III programs, guiding projects from design transfer through commercialization within a global matrix team.
  • Provided leadership, strategy, and vision for global cell biology and protein expression diagnostics programs, resulting in >$1M product launches.
  • Managed project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting for key stakeholders.
  • Oversaw end-to-end program management for Phase I/II ophthalmology programs, ensuring strategic alignment and timely execution.

Post-Integration & Vendor Management

  • Spearheaded the post-acquisition transfer of the AmniSure™ ROM test, managing site shutdown and establishing a new commercial partnership in Russia, resulting in a $30M portfolio expansion.
  • Led the shutdown of an acquired company site, ensuring the seamless integration of personnel and manufacturing operations into the acquiring company’s systems.
  • Managed the order-to-cash implementation of 500+ products into SAP/ERP systems
  • Led vendor projects for contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), resulting in cost savings and increased manufacturing capacity.
  • Orchestrated supply chain and distribution efforts, ensuring the seamless delivery of Phase I/II clinical trial products from site to client and external partners
  • Reviewed project proposals for CDMO clients, forecasting revenue projections to assess profit margins before execution.

Alliance Management (AM)

  • Coordinated with alliance partners to ensure the timely launch of the Phase I/II clinical trial in Japan, aligning resources and managing timelines, resulting in the successful launch of Nuvaxovid.
  • Provided strategic oversight of a highly complex alliance, managing a $100M budget and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive Phase II and Phase III neurological disorder program milestones.
  • Led annual strategic planning and managed collaboration budgets with Joint Committees (CMC, Development & Commercial), proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Led alliance efforts to finalize and execute agreements, coordinating deliverables for clinical development and CMC aspects of an alliance with a Japanese partner.

Operational Management

  • Led the transfer of 100+ products from Hilden, Germany, to Maryland, ensuring a smooth transition and operational efficiency.
  • Managed contract manufacturing projects, driving cost savings and increasing manufacturing capacity.
  • Served as Change Control Project Manager, leading vendor evaluations for two top manufacturing companies in the U.S. and Italy, including negotiations for pricing and contract terms.
